A 45 min evaluation gives you and your PT time to connect. You’ll discuss symptoms, goals, and relevant past experiences. The more you share, the more we can help.

To get results, your plan has to be personalized — to your body, energy level, schedule, and preferences. Hate planks? Only have 10 free mins in your day? We can work with that.

As your body heals, symptoms improve, or your schedule changes, your PT will adjust your plan to meet your changing needs. Treatment wraps up when you’re back to feeling your best.

Yes, we will continue to treat all patients 4 years or older who are experiencing pelvic floor dysfunction in all of our clinics in and around Austin and virtually as needed.

Your care plan will remain the same. We're adding some more digital tools and technology to make your life easier. You'll now be able to schedule appointments and follow-ups online here and your home exercise plan and all of the guides and resources from your PT will now be available digitally.

Yes, if you are unable to keep your scheduled appointment, we respectfully request that you notify us no later than 24 hours before your appointment time. If you cancel your appointment with less than a 24 hour notice or do not show up at all, there is a $50 late cancellation fee. After 3 late cancels or no shows, the fee will increase to $75.

Yes! The only thing that might be changing is the location where your PT is seeing patients. You can see a full break down of which physical therapists are at which locations here.
