The Origin Way
What does care mean at Origin?
Show up as you are and however you feel. We’ve got you.
Meet your physical therapist
A 45 min evaluation gives you and your PT time to connect. You’ll discuss symptoms, goals, and relevant past experiences. The more you share, the more we can help.
Work 1:1 to create a plan
To get results, your plan has to be personalized — to your body, energy level, schedule, and preferences. Hate planks? Only have 10 free mins in your day? We can work with that.
Get results you can feel
As your body heals, symptoms improve, or your schedule changes, your PT will adjust your plan to meet your changing needs. Treatment wraps up when you’re back to feeling your best.
What our patients say
This place is amazing. It is the place I never knew I needed in my life. I have been working with 2 PT's one virtual and one in person and they have both been amazing and very thorough. They have helped me to improve my pelvic floor.
I’ve only had one appointment and it’s already been life changing for me. I got a referral from my OB for postpartum pelvic pain, but during my first appointment we were able to connect my pelvic floor pain to hamstring and sciatic pain I’ve been having for years. Feels so great to be heard and understood now.
The pain relief I felt after the first therapy was incredible. I'm very grateful to have found this place. The care received here was outstanding and I was able to learn a lot about my body. Pelvic floor injuries/conditions is a sensitive topic and one that is many times taboo.

I'm in the middle of my care plan, what will change for me?
Your care plan will remain the same. We're adding some more digital tools and technology to make your life easier. You'll now be able to schedule appointments and follow-ups online here and your home exercise plan and all of the guides and resources from your PT will now be available digitally.
Is the cancellation policy the same?
Yes, if you are unable to keep your scheduled appointment, we respectfully request that you notify us no later than 24 hours before your appointment time. If you cancel your appointment with less than a 24 hour notice or do not show up at all, there is a $50 late cancellation fee. After 3 late cancels or no shows, the fee will increase to $75.
Will I still be able to see my same physical therapist?
Yes! The only thing that might be changing is the location where your PT is seeing patients. You can see a full break down of which physical therapists are at which locations here.
How do I refer my patients?
