How do I know if I'm a good fit?

It’s never too early or too late to work addressing pelvic floor symptoms. Research shows that addressing pelvic floor health + improving overall strength and physical wellbeing can help to reduce and even prevent many symptoms during perimenopause and menopause.

Do I need any equipment?

Nope! All you need is reliable internet and some kind of device with Zoom video capabilities: smartphone, tablet, or computer.

Do you take insurance?

Yes, Origin in-network with most major commercial insurers including Cigna. If you have questions about your insurance or how much this will cost, contact us and a member of our front desk team will be happy to answer your questions. If you are not going through insurance, our in-person cash rate is $150 for an evaluation and $75 for each virtual follow up.

Will I have to show my vagina on Zoom?

Nope! You’ll keep your clothes on for the entire session.
